We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. To begin a return, simply contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll provide step-by-step instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
